What did I eat at Carnaval?
It started with what seemed like a deep-fried cracker (it had a pork-rind quality), spread with a white sauce, then covered in shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and what I thought were onions, but I think was actually some sort of offal. Do you know what that is called? I’m so curious.  I bought it from a table on Mission, in front of the laundromat between 18th and 19th. I will reward you...
